Returns policy
I try to describe my tweed as accurately as possible. There may be some variations in the color of the image you may see and the actual color of the tweed. This can be due to lighting and variance in my photographs or the accuracy of the computer/phone display. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then please return the item undamaged and in the original packaging with the Harris Tweed labels supplied, within 20 days. Consideration should be given to using a trackable service, otherwise, receipt of the returned item cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Once your return is received you will be contacted to advise of your returned item. A credit refund will be applied to your original payment method for the cost of the Harris Tweed and the outward postal costs. The customer will be liable for return postage.
Harris Tweed Labels
Labels – 4 large Accessory Harris Tweed Orb labels will be supplied per whole metre of tweed purchased.
